Work halted: Minister Shirodkar’s big statement on Mirabag Bandhara

Work on Sanvordem’s controversial Mirabag Bandara project has been suspended; final decision pending consultations with CM Pramod Sawant

Work on the controversial Mirabag Bandara project in Sanvordem has been temporarily suspended, announced Water Resources Minister Subhash Shirodkar.

The minister said a final decision on the project will be taken after consultations with Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and Damu Naik, President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Goa.
