Tarak Arolkar arrested by Bengaluru police in separate criminal case

Arolkar was arrested in Karnataka in connection with a fraudulent certificate case

After being remanded to judicial custody by the Mapusa JMFC in an alleged fraudulent certificate case, Tarak Arolkar was taken into custody by Sadashiv Nagar Police from Bengaluru. The Bengaluru police subsequently arrested him in connection with a separate criminal case registered in Karnataka.

Crime Branch PI Vikas Deykar had earlier produced Arolkar before the Mapusa court, which ordered judicial custody in the certificate case.
