Prestigious Airport Show Dubai 2026 set to take off in October

The event, originally scheduled for May, has now been moved to October

The 2026 edition of the Airport Show Dubai has been rescheduled and will now be held from 12–14 October 2026, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, its original venue. Earlier planned for 12–14 May, the event will proceed as the 25th edition of the exhibition, which is a leading B2B platform in the MEASA (Middle East, Africa, and Southern Asia) region for airport innovation, sustainability, and connectivity.


UNDER ONE ROOF


Over the years, the Airport Show has served as a key industry platform, enabling collaboration between airport operators, suppliers, and aviation stakeholders to drive growth and modernisation across the aviation sector.


The event is held every two years in odd-numbered years, such as 2025 and 2027. The show is a major global aviation exhibition that brings together airlines, airport operators, regulators, and technology providers to showcase advancements in airport operations, infrastructure, and aviation technologies, while also discussing emerging trends shaping the future of the industry.


PAST PARTICIPANTS


Previous editions of the show have featured major international participants including Honeywell, Thales Group, SITA, Collins Aerospace, Siemens Logistics, Vanderlande, Amadeus IT Group, Beumer Group, Dallmeier, Axis Communications, Changi Airport Group, Dubai Airports ecosystem partners, Emirates, Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, Embraer, and GE Aerospace, among others.


Indian participation has also been significant in past editions, with companies such as Tech Mahindra, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), DRDO, BrahMos Aerospace, Bharat Forge, HBL Engineering, SFO Technologies, Dantal Hydraulics, Saras Technologies, ISRO’s commercial arm Antrix Corporation, and Tata Advanced Materials contributing to the exhibition’s global footprint.
