Mirabag villagers demand FIR over illegal iron ore digging

The villagers allege that the activities are being carried out without NOCs

Mirabag residents allege that a contractor dug iron ore from private property belonging to Puroshattam Naik without consent. They clarified that Chowgule’s NOCs for survey plots 3 BAR 1, 3 BAR 2, and 1 BAR 1 were issued only to start land acquisition, and not for mining.

Villagers are demanding immediate FIR registration and action against those responsible, insisting that the culprits be arrested.
