TCP Minister Vishwajit Rane said, "I will not take cognizance of the agitation going on at the TCP head office in Panjim. They are all blackmailers. Let them sleep there day and night."
He was referring to St Andre MLA Viresh Borkar and others who had been protesting at the TCP office in Panjim, demanding the scrappin of Section 39(A).
