Calangute MLA Michael Lobo said he would take the protest seriously if the people of Calangute burned his effigy

Calangute MLA Michael Lobo said he would take the protest seriously if people from Calangute burned his effigy. He questioned the participation of people from Quepem in the yatra and asked Congress to clarify whose effigy was burned.

Lobo said he was not concerned about the protest and claimed to have the support of the people of Calangute.
