IMD Goa warns of heatwave-like conditions

Daytime temperatures are expected to range between 34°C and 35.5°C, while night temperatures are also expected to remain elevated

IMD Goa has warned of heatwave-like conditions over the next seven days. Scientist Nahush Kulkarni said daytime temperatures are likely to range between 34°C and 35.5°C, with peak discomfort expected from 10 am to 3 pm, and advised people to take necessary precautions. Night temperatures are also expected to remain above normal, leading to persistent discomfort across the state.
