Govt plans Kerala-style water metro

Talks with the Centre are expected this week to push the project forward

The Goa government is planning a water metro service on the lines of Kerala. A feasibility report has been submitted, proposing 85 services across 9 water routes in the first phase. Minister Subhash Phal Dessai said talks with the Centre are likely this week.
