The Goa State Election Commission has announced panchayat by-elections for four wards, to be held on 10 May 2026. Polling will take place in Pissurlem and Dongurli Thane in Sattari, Batim in Tiswadi, and Verna in Salcete.
The Model Code of Conduct has come into force from April 20 in these areas and will remain in effect until the completion of the election process.
