Goa HC quashes fir in beef allegation case

The court ruled that no case was made on the complaint by the Bajrang Dal leader

Justice Ashish Chawan of the Bombay High Court at Goa quashed FIR 162/2024 against Meerasab and Appalal Bepari, ruling that no case was made out on the complaint by Bajrang Dal leader Roshabh Raju Mayekar.

Senior Adv Carlos Ferreira appeared for the Beparis, while APPs Somnath Karpe and Anand Shirodkar represented the State, while Adv T Gawas appeared for the complainant.
