Complaint against MLA Rajesh Faldessai’s son & 3 others

The complaint mentions wrongful restraint, intimidation, assault and intentional insult

Senior citizen Adv Shantaram V. Kudchadkar has filed a complaint at the Curchorem Police Station alleging wrongful restraint, intimidation, assault and intentional insult against Rahul Rajesh Faldessai and 3 unidentified persons.

The alleged incident occurred on September 26 at Pontemol Junction and Shivaji Circle, Curchorem.
