Book launch of 'The First Constitution of Goa' on September 29

Dr Dale L Menezes, Tallulah D'Silva, Avertino Miranda and Aurobindo Gomes Pereira will be the speakers on the occasion

The launch of The First Constitution of Goa: The Foral of 1526 will be held on September 29 at 5 pm at the Academy of Research and Culture (ARC), Convent and Hospital of St John of God, Old Goa.

Justice Valmiki Menezes and Dr Dale L Menezes will speak on the occasion. A second event is scheduled for September 30 at Clube Harmonia de Margao. Those wishing to attend can confirm participation via WhatsApp on +91 9850398530.
